Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 6, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OMEox (the "Service") at omeox.toolparadox.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OMEox is an educational and demonstration app created to explore live browser-based calling features. It is not marketed as a mission-critical or regulated service, and you use it with that understanding.
1. The service
OMEox allows users to sign in, create or join rooms, share room links, and participate in browser-based voice/video sessions. The app may rely on third-party providers for authentication, infrastructure, and real-time media delivery.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for your account and for activity that happens through it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, or exploitative conduct.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other participants.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security protections.
- Share content you do not have the right to share.
- Misrepresent your identity in a way that is likely to mislead other users.
4. Demo nature of the app
This app is provided for educational, experimental, and demonstration purposes. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Availability, retention, moderation, and support may be limited.
5. Third-party services
OMEox integrates third-party services such as Google, Supabase, and ZEGO. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. User content and communications
You are responsible for what you say, show, or share while using the app. Audio/video sessions may be processed by third-party providers to make the service work. Do not assume sessions are private from other participants in the same room.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMEox and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the demo evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
10. Contact
